Room rates mentioned in the website, cover one-night stay and the corresponding board, including taxes.
Asterion Hotel reserves the right to change the rates mentioned in the website http://www.asterionhotel.com at any time without prior notification.

All rates are per person, per night, breakfast included.
Rates are in Euro, including VAT and municipal taxes.

Methods of Payment
For booking through our website a deposit equal to 25% of the total reservation value (which may not be less than the rate for one day) shall be paid by VISA, MASTER CARD or deposited to our bank account.
In case of credit card payment, the interested person will receive a payment receipt in his/her e-mail.
For every booking, the relevant electronic booking coupon (voucher) shall be issued and sent to the client, who shall then produce it to the hotel upon his/her arrival, in order to receive the offered services.
Cancellations & Changes
Extension of Stay
In case the client, during his stay in the hotel, wishes to extend his stay, the company may not guarantee the extension of his/her stay in the same room, or even in the hotel.
In case the client wishes to extend his stay, prior to his/her arrival at the hotel, the client shall contact the competent department of the hotel in time.
Changes
The client shall contact the competent department of the hotel in time in order to change the days of his/her stay. In case the client, after his/her arrival at the hotel, wishes to shorten his/her stay, no money refund shall be available. In any other case, he/she shall contact the competent department of the Asterion Hotel in time.
Reservation Cancellation. In case the client wishes to cancel his reservation, he shall contact the competent department of the Asterion Hotel in time.
The client reserves the right to cancel his reservation at any time, under the following penalties:
In case of cancellation on the part of the customer – provided that this is carried out 21 days prior to the agreed arrival – the hotel shall return the deposit, while in case the cancellation is carried out less than 21 days prior to the agreed arrival, the client shall pay half the total amount of the reservation he/she cancelled. Money refund on the part of the company to the customer shall be made either via credit card or via a bank deposit (bank fees shall be borne by the client).
