Conference Areas

“Europa” ConferenceRoom occupies an interior area suitable for various events, such as conferences, meetings, symposiums. It covers an area of 220 m² and may easily accommodate up to 150 participants in a theatre configuration or 130 participants in one-level configuration with table or rotundas.

Internet connection is provided.

“Rhadamanthys” Meeting Room is a more specifically formed room (next to “Europa”) for smaller meetings and events with relatively few participants (ideally up to 110 persons in a flat configuration with table or rotundas or up to 130 participants in a theatre configuration). It could be used in combination with “Europa” room.

Both rooms are located in the hotel’s basement thus guaranteeing the required conditions (absolute privacy, controlled environment) for successful business events. They are fully air conditioned and have an Internet connection. Smoking is prohibited in all conference rooms.

Both rooms are available throughout the week following an agreement with the Hotel’s Management. Contact us for more information in relation to the offered facilities (furniture, platforms, bookstands, projector, stage lights, image and sound system); we may also offer you a complete package including not only the use of the rooms but also your stay. In this case, the complete package offered may include a welcome drink, coffee or tea and the coffee breaks buffet (morning or afternoon), the lunch for the corporate break and offers for room rates.
